If you don't have internet banking then download and print the form at the bottom of this page. Once you have filled it out give it to your bank to process.
Filling out the form
When you come to Payee Details Section fill in the boxes as follows
Particulars: DONATION
Code: Your name
Reference: if you would like your donation to go towards a specific area ( Auckland or Christchurch) or Young Life staff person please specify this in the particulars dialogue box
With all AP forms please contact us with your name and address and intended payment so that we can track and receipt it.
